The Wealth by Design Financial website and application — including its software, design, text, blog articles, coaching materials, calculators, and graphics (together, the "Materials") — are owned by Wealth by Design Financial [CONFIRM legal entity name] or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The software is proprietary; it is not open source, and no source code is licensed to you.
2. Your licence to use the Service
Subject to the Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website and application for your own personal financial planning and, if you purchase coaching, to receive that coaching. This licence ends if you breach the Terms or if your account is closed.
3. Blog articles and free educational content
You may read, print, and share links to our blog articles and free content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution to Wealth by Design Financial and a link back to the original page. You may not republish, sell, or use the articles to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.
4. What is not allowed
Except as this licence expressly permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Materials, remove any copyright or attribution notice, or use the Materials to build a competing service.
5. Your Content
This licence does not cover the budgets, notes, goals, and other information you enter into the Service. You own that content; the Terms of Service describe the limited permission you give us to store and process it, and the Privacy Policy describes how it is protected.
